"Wild Horses Below Mt Blanca"
Woodblock, 7 x 8.5", unframed
On a drive back from Santa Fe and heading north from San Luis, there is a grand view of Mt Blanca. I pulled over for a break and a quick sketch. It is interesting what one sees when you stop and observe for a while. A herd of wild horses was grazing in the sage brush off in the distance. Something I would not have seen speeding along at 65.
Exhibited at the Coors Art Exhibit 2017.
