A Collection of six hand-printed serigraph note cards with a brief history of the historic Spanish Missions. The masters were drawn on a mylar Sheet which was then exposed to a screen coated with a light sensitive emulsion. That allows the original drawing to be printed. Each card has a brief description of the mission from the book The Missions of New Mexico, 1776, by Fray Francisco Atanasio Dominguez, published by University Of New Mexico Press, Albuquerque, NM 1956. The cards measure 8 1/2 x 5 1/2" and come with envelopes.
The Missions in this series are; Acoma Pueblo, Laguna Pueblo, Pecos Mission, San Geronimo de Taos, San Felipe de Neri and Trampas Mission. The cards and envelopes come in a hand-printed folder.
